Tempest WarmaRug Thermal System. Versatility to help with changing temperatures, the WarmaRug System allows you to add and remove insulating layers to your turnout rug quickly and without fuss. This 100g layer can be used under turnout rugs in combo or standard neck styles. Touch close straps either side of the shoulders secure the liner to standard neck outer (to prevent the liner from being exposed to rain) but it can equally be used with combo rugs. Snap clips secure the rear of the liner to rear D-rings of the rug. Compatible with Tempest and Highlander turnout blankets.
