15% OFF - EMAIL LIST COUPON:
To sign up for our Email List please use the Signup form which can be found on the bottom left corner of every page on our website or create an account.  If you already have created an account with us or ordered through our EBAY Store you will automatically be enrolled in our email list.

Once you sign up you will receive the Welcome email containing the Coupon Code for the 15% discount.  It can be used on any order you place up until December 31st of the year in which you signed up.  If you signed up and did not receive a coupon by email, please check your SPAM folder or send an email to sales@carouselhorsetack.com with the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject line.  

Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders. In order to receive your discount, the coupon code must be redeemed at Checkout or you can put a note in the comments section "15% Off - New Customer" so we know you wish to use the coupon on that order.  It will not be taken automatically on new orders.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE?

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION link at the bottom of the emails. Do not use the NEWSLETTER feature in your account to change your subscription preferences.  You may rejoin our email list at any time by sending an email to us at sales@carouselhorsetack.com with the work RE-SUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

LOCAL CUSTOMER - FREE DELIVERY COUPON:
For our Local Customers we offer FREE DELIVERY regardless of the size of your order.  This Coupon Code can ONLY be used for orders delivered to the following Zip Codes:  16023, 16055, 16056, 16053, 16001, 16002, 16059, 16027, 16046, 16066, 16063.  If you live outside the Free Delivery Area, have us deliver to your barn or boarding stable!  This coupon does not expire, so use it as often as you'd like.  Please redeem Coupon Code MHG6PK at checkout.  If this coupon is used for someone outside the Zip Codes listed, the correct shipping amount will be charged to your credit card at the time the order is processed.

% OFF COUPON:
Most of our % off coupons cannot be used for the following items unless specifically listed with the Coupon: Horse Care items (Grooming Gear, Clippers, First Aid, Skin & Coat Products, Fly Control, Hoof Care, and Wormer), Hunt Seat & Western Saddles, Sales or Consignment Items, Supplements, or Customized Items.  We cannot combine discount coupons (with the exception of FREE SHIPPING - LOCAL CUSTOMER).  Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders.  In order to receive your discount, the coupon code must be redeemed at Checkout or you must put a note in the comments section at checkout. 

I get an Invalid Coupon error when trying to check out:
We apologize for the inconvenience.  We are still trying to work out some issues with the Coupon redemption module.  Please check to make sure that your order reaches the dollar amount necessary to redeem the coupon (i.e. at least $50 for a 10% off $50 or more coupon) AND consists of enough valid items to reach that dollar amount  (i.e. if you are using a % off coupon, most Horse Care Products, Supplements, and Saddles will not be included to reach the required amount of the order).  If you continue to have problems, please email us.  OR you can still place your order if you wish, by typing the Coupon Code in the Comments section and we will apply the coupon (as long as it meets necessary requirements) when your order is processed.   If there would be a problem that your order does not qualify for the Coupon we would contact you prior to shipping.

I have more than one Coupon Code but it won't let me enter them both.
We apologize for the inconvenience.  Our shopping cart system can only take one coupon at a time.  However, if you have more than one valid coupon to redeem, please enter the 2nd Coupon Code in the "Comments" section and we will credit you the amount of the discount after processing your order and send a correct invoice with your order.
