Do you accept International Orders?
Yes, depending on the item and where it is being shipped. Some
items cannot be shipped to certain countries. If there is an item you
would like to purchase and you live outside the United States, please
email us with your list so we can prepare a shipping estimate for your
total order and check country restrictions.
Upon receipt of the
shipping estimate, if you would like to purchase these items, please
email us at sales@carouselhorsetack.com. We will send you an invoice
to pay via PayPal. Our website checkout cannot handle credit cards issued by non-US banks, as we use a method called AVS for fraud prevention. Most non-US bank issued credit cards do not support AVS, resulting in a denied transaction.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any
duties, taxes, or additional fees due to customs or import into their
country. International shipping fees charged to the customer cover only
the amount due to USPS or UPS to send the package. We prefer to use USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 business days to most parts of the world) depending on the size of the package. UPS does charge brokerage fees for some shipments - these will be collected at the time the package is delivered to the customer and are the responsbility of the customer to pay. |
