EXPEDITED SHIPPING NOTES:

** Expedited shipping rates must be calculated by customer service.  For assistance, please email service@carouselhorsetack.com or use the Chat button on the website.  Due to staffing at warehouses and carrier slowdowns during peak periods, we cannot always guarantee expedited shipping on all items.  We kindly ask you reach out to customer service with your zip code and the items you wish to order so they can confirm delivery times prior to placing your order.


When will I see my package?
We ship United Parcel Service or US Post Office.  Ground Orders typically arrive within 5 - 10 business days depending on your area of the country.  Available in-store products will typically ship within 2 business days;  Some items shown on our site are not held in store stock.  The reason we do this is to give you the fantastic prices that you see on this site and a larger variety of product.  Most blankets, saddles, and some footwear & apparel will ship out in approximately 3 - 4 business days as long as they are in stock at the warehouse.  If in-store items are ordered with items coming from the warehouse, the order will be held to ship complete when the warehouse item arrives.  We pride ourselves on giving you the quickest and best service we can . . . rest assured that we will do everything we can to ship your order complete as quickly as possible. 

Occasionally some items are not in stock due to manufacturers´ delay.  We will do the best we can to ship your order as soon as possible and have it delivered within the estimated time frame for the shipping method chosen.   If you need an item by a certain date, please indicate such in the comments section at checkout or email us to check availability and delivery times. If an item is back ordered for more than 10 days, we will contact you with an expected shipping date (NOTE: these dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. They are in no way a guaranteed date for delivery).  Any available items will ship in 2 - 4 business days and we will ship your backorder at no charge when it comes in. 

You will receive an email when your order ships with a USPS Delivery Confirmation # or UPS Tracking Number.  We do not charge your credit card until items are shipped (exception is special order saddles - you are charged half the amount at the time order is released for manufacture; the balance charged will item ships)

Deliveries to some locations may take longer (depending on USPS and UPS delivery capability).

Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays or holidays.

NOTE: Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern, on weekends, or holidays, the order will be processed the next business day.  Estimated shipping counts the 1st business day after the date the order is processed (i.e. - order placed Saturday - Order processed Monday - First business day is Tuesday.  If we say your order will ship in 1 - 3 business days, it will leave our facility Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).

What about overnight delivery?
We´re happy to do everything we can to help your order arrive on time. If you need to guarantee delivery for a specific date please email us at service@carouselhorsetack.com prior to placing your order to make certain we can get it to you when you need it.

We do not offer “overnight” delivery; however, Expedited Shipping is available on most products via USPS Priorty Mail or UPS 3 Day Ground (at our discretion). Customers selecting the Expedited Shipping option will generally receive their merchandise within 3 business days after the order is processed, depending on their area of the country*.  On orders with multiple items we will do everything we can to get the majority of your order (based on dollar value) to you within the time specified.  Your order may be split into seperate shipments.

Please bear in mind that if we do not stock an item or we are out of stock, it may take 2 - 3 days for the manufacturer to ship the products in the first place.  Most horse blankets, saddles, and riding boots will take an additional processing time as they ship from our distributors.  Additionally, due to the size of some items (tack trunks, etc.) or packaging (aerosols), Expedited Shipping is not always possible, in which case, we will notify you and credit you for any Expedited shipping fees paid and change the shipment to Ground Service.

Please keep in mind that expedited shipping delivery times count business days, starting the next business day as long as your order is received by 12:00 PM EST. – i.e. if order is placed by Monday 11:59 a.m., Tuesday is counted as the first business day and your package will be delivered Thursday. If your order is received at 12:01 p.m. or later on Monday your order will not be entered until Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first business day and your package will be delivered no later than Friday).

Special Shipping - Oversize Products
Oversize products may incur additional shipping charges due to their excessive weight / dimensions. Any special charges for such cases are indicated when viewing a product under the Option: Shipping drop down menu.  Unless you are a Local Customer picking up In-Store, you must select FOB Shipping which will automatically add the additional freight cost to the Order Total.  If you do not select the FOB Shipping option for these products, the charge will be added after the order has been placed.  These items are exempt from FREE SHIPPING offer. Expedited shipping of oversize products may incur additional shipping charges beyond what is noted on product page. Contact us for exact rates at service@carouselhorsetack.com

 

 Do you accept International Orders?

 Yes, depending on the item and where it is being shipped. Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries. If there is an item you would like to purchase and you live outside the United States, please email us with your list so we can prepare a shipping estimate for your total order PRIOR to placing an order and check country restrictions. If you place an order through the website, we will add actual shipping costs to your order and email a new invoice to you with the updated amount.  Should you not approve the shipping amount, please contact us as soon as possible.  Placing the order on the site, the customer assumes responsibility for any shipping charges that are added. 

 It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, taxes, or additional fees due to customs or import into their country. International shipping fees charged to the customer cover only the amount due to the carrier to send the package. We prefer to use USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 business days to most parts of the world) depending on the size of the package.
