Donation Requests

Each year, our company allocates a budget to support our local community activities through contributions. We are pleased to do our part to assist your organization’s programs. However, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities. Therefore, we must fairly distribute our support to as many organizations as possible and ask that you complete our Donation Request Form. If a donation is granted, The Carousel Horse is authorized to use your organization’s name as a donation recipient in any of our marketing or advertising.

Requests are reviewed on a monthly basis and must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event to be considered. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 business days, so please include a valid email address and contact information. Only approved requests will receive further communication after this initial confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your primary inbox. Due to the high volume of requests received, we are unable to confirm the status of requests or receipt of requests by telephone.
