To sign up for our Email List please use the Signup form at the top of the website.
Once you sign up you will receive a confirmation email asking you to opt-in to our list. Once you confirm your subscription, you will receive the Welcome email containing the Coupon Code for the 15% discount. It can be used on any order you place up until December 31st of the year in which you signed up.
Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders. In order to receive your discount, the coupon code must be redeemed at Checkout. It will not be taken automatically on new orders. Coupons cannot be used on EBAY STORE ORDERS
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE?
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION link at the bottom of the emails. You may rejoin our email list at any time by sending an email to us at email@example.com with the work RE-SUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
EXCLUSIONS ON % OFF COUPONS:
Most of our % off coupons (including the NEW CUSTOMER 15% OFF) cannot be used for the following items unless specifically listed with the Coupon: Horse Care items (Grooming Gear, Clippers, First Aid, Skin & Coat Products, Fly Control, Hoof Care, and Wormer), Saddles, Sales (denoted by marked down price), Consignment Items, Supplements category, Furniture, Customized Items, Gift Certificates. We cannot combine discount coupons. Some premium brands are also excluded (i.e. Tailored Sportsman and Samshield).
I get an Invalid Coupon error when trying to check out:
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check to make sure that your order reaches the dollar amount necessary to redeem the coupon (i.e. at least $50 for a 10% off $50 or more coupon) AND consists of enough valid items to reach that dollar amount (i.e. if you are using a % off coupon, most Horse Care Products, Supplements, and Saddles will not be included to reach the required amount of the order). If you continue to have problems, please email us. You can still place your order if you wish, by typing the Coupon Code in the Comments section and we will apply the coupon (as long as it meets necessary requirements) when your order is processed. If there would be a problem that your order does not qualify for the Coupon we would contact you prior to shipping.
